Creating A Team
How to Create A Team Account
1. Download the software by searching “Klein: Sports Training & Coach” in the IOS or Android app store. Click Sign Up and select to “Team Registration” at the bottom of the screen.
2. Input personal, organization, and team information.
3. Submit information and wait for our team to reach out.
4. Talk to the Klein Strength sales team to discuss team size and pricing.
5. Gain access to the coaching portal and the invite code for your players.

PROGRAM
The program tab allows you to easily identify your current training phase and periodization schedule, manage your teams weekly training regime, and identify what exercises are on the agenda.
ANALYTICS
The analytics tabs gives team wide metrics for three main categories:1. Accountability: Identify both team-wide and individual participation at various levels of detail.
2. Strength: Monitor strength score metrics across five major muscles groups so you can identify your teams weaknesses and strengths when it comes to strength output
3. Mobility: Identify physiological weak points and vulnerabilities within your athletes. We gather ROM and risk of injury data during your athlete’s onboarding and provide you a summary so you can keep your athletes healthy and in competition.
ROSTER
Manage your team invite code, coaches, and players through the roster tab. You are also able to identify player specific participation, strength, and mobility here by clicking individuals.
Inviting Your Players
Getting Your Players Access
1. Instructing your players to download the “Klein: Sports Training & Coach” App on either IOS or Android.
2. Have them complete the registration as any other user.
3. Ensuring they complete the physiological screening process.
4. Providing them with your team specific invite code you can find in the “Roster” tab of your app.
Player invite process complete! As soon as the team code is submitted by your players they will have complete access to the software for as long as your organization is making payments.

Understanding the Utility for Your Players
Immediately after entering your invite code your players will have complete access to the following features:
Coach
The coach tab provides a weekly training schedule with strength training days (red) and mobility days (blue). The strength training days are determined by your weekly training schedule while mobility days auto populate on your players devices based on their physiological screen results.
Progress
The progress tab gives each player individualized scores for strength and mobility allowing them to assess their performance and monitor their progress over time.
Team
The team tab allows them to assess their performance vs. the rest of your team. It also allows them to view their roster and see a brief overview of how their teammates are doing when it comes to participation, strength, and mobility.
Common Questions from Coaches
How does pricing for this work? Can I just download and get started on my own?
Pricing for the Klein Coaching Tool is determined on an organization to organization basis. Factors that determine pricing include but are not limited to: total player amount, total teams in the package, financial situation of your organization, etc. We allow both annual and monthly payment of the Klein coaching tool.
You will not be able to get access to the coaching tool without contacting our sales team first. The main purpose of this conversation will be to discuss pricing and answer and final questions.
How much control do I have over the training systems? Can I edit exercises, training schedule, and/periodization?
During the initial roll out the of the Klein coaching tool, our main target consumer is coaches that are not interested in editing or creating their own exercise pool. Coaches should have the ability to edit their exercise pool by the end of June 2023 as this feature is currently in development.
You can currently edit your weekly training schedule. Options for workout frequency vary from 1x to 4x strength sessions per week.
Lastly, because periodization is a fairly complex system at high levels of programming we currently do not allow coaches the ability to edit here. With that being said, personalization of periodization schedule will be coming as a feature shortly after customer exercise pools are implemented.
