Can I use this app without access to a gym or coach?
Yes. While Klein Strength does partner with teams and organizations, the individual athlete has always been a major focus for us throughout the app’s development. As a result, we have created programming that ensures no matter where you are, that you can progress toward your competitive goals. Our bodyweight strength sessions have been tailored to be a high-quality alternative to traditional resistance training. We also give you the ability to quickly transition between training with equipment and training without equipment.
Do I have to purchase the app to try it for myself?
No. We give all users the ability to test the app for themselves through a 7 day free trial period. You are fully able to cancel your free trial at anytime, with no cost or commitment whatsoever.
Will this app be available on both IOS and Android?
Yes. Klein Strength will be available through both IOS and Android app stores. Both versions of the software are nearly identical in functionality.
Is your programming safe to use with younger athletes?
Yes. We generally suggest that younger and less experienced athletes get supervision from a parent or trainer to ensure safety in the weight room. With proper supervision, our apps adaptive difficulty and exercise selection have been designed around the human development model. This ensures that our strength programming is optimized for the different physiological conditions that exist between athletes of varying ages.
Is this app only useful for athletes?
Not necessarily. Our app currently only offers sport-specific programming, but this does not mean that any negatives would arise from a parent following our baseball strength training plan. The physiological screening process can also offer massive utility for the general population. Think of it as a pocket physical therapist. Keep an eye out in the future for a general training version of Klein Strength!
